Bone Fractures: Bone Density vs Bone Strength
Bone density is very different from bone strength. Because I understand that many bone fractures are due to bone strength issues, not density, I can stop bone fractures from occurring. The reason so many fractures occur is that many people do not recognize the difference in bone density vs bone strength.
Too much focus on bone density
You’ve probably seen a number of professional basketball, football and baseball teams that pump iron morning, noon and night. They’re focused on muscle mass, and everyone thinks they are so strong, but then you hear that they’re getting bone fractures!
The reason is that they are focusing on bone density and not strength. This is the wrong approach.
Bone Strength is KEY
The key is in bone strength. It can be extremely sad when you see one of these professional players have one career ending injury. If they would instead focus on bone strength, many of these injuries may have been avoidable or certainly not career ending.
My program is different in that it focuses on the underlying issue, bone strength, not symptoms. You often hear of older individuals that take a slight tumble and “bam!”, broken bone! Some don’t understand because they have high bone density, others shrug it off as simply getting weaker with old age, but this is NOT the case.
The problem is that they don’t have bone strength, their bones are too weak. This goes for both young and old: Bone Strength is the Core Cause of their issues.
Increasing Bone Strength
I have a gift to pick up people’s energy, get to the root cause of their problems and not simply attack all of the symptoms. That is what I can do for you. It’s called dowsing.
I look at each individual and determine their course of action that suits their specific genetic blueprint.
Increasing bone strength is the same protocol as other diseases, I determine specifically what that person’s individual body needs to operate at optimal health. This optimal health plan includes a 500 food plan, supplements and the right water.
These three parts are different for every individual. The right food, supplements and water for one person will NOT match those of another. I match them to your specific genetic makeup.
When it comes to curing osteoporosis, prevention is key.
As you can imagine, this means that curing and stopping bone fractures by increasing bone strength will have a different course of action for each individual patient.
